The Mockcake Trolley started because I got tired of gluten free options that were...just fine. Fine isn't what I wanted when I was craving a real brownie or cookie, so I started making my own treats in my Frisco kitchen. With real ingredients. Testing over 50 different recipes until finally they were amazing to enjoy. Now we are showing up at Markets and pop ups across Dallas and selling out every single time! If you are gluten free like me or, you want to have delicious snacks that are also made with real ingredients, I've created this little place for you too!
