Logistics and lead times
- Delivery: Local delivery available within Frisco and surrounding Dallas neighborhoods. Delivery fees apply and are quoted per event. Pickup from our kitchen is available.
- Lead time: Standard corporate orders — 72 hours (3 days). For larger or customized orders allow 7–14 days.
- Case Sizes: All items are sold by case only. Case size listed per SKU.
- Minimum Opening Order: $150 (mix and match across SKUs)

A drop is a limited batch of fresh-baked cookies and brownies released every Saturday. Reserve by the cutoff to guarantee your spot.
No we do partner bakery and corporate orders (medium-scale catering for conferences, meetings, gifting and event partnerships). We do not offer open wholesale for retail resale.
No. We keep a fresh-only approach. All partner orders are baked to order and delivered fresh (or held fresh for a scheduled pickup). We do not ship frozen product.
Minimum opening order: $150 (mix and match across SKUs). Reorder minimum for ongoing partners: $300. Partner items are typically sold by case case sizes and pricing provided on request.

Standard lead time: 72 hours (3 days) from order confirmation for most partner orders. For larger or customized projects please allow 7–14 days. We run scheduled delivery days (confirmed after onboarding) and coordinate a specific delivery window for freshness.
Delivery format: Fresh — Bake and Deliver (or held fresh for scheduled pickup). Please have a cool, dry holding area at the venue or client location; for multi-hour events we recommend refrigeration on-site when possible. We provide pickup/delivery handling instructions with every order.
Best quality within 48–72 hours after pickup/delivery. For events requiring longer holding times, ask about special packaging/insulated options (some items may be ok slightly longer with refrigeration; we’ll advise per SKU).
Credit card on file or COD at delivery. Net terms are available after establishing an account and consistent order history. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days and subject to change with ingredient cost shifts.
